Re: McMahan Deposition

Dear Robinson:

We have discussed changing the time of Representative McMahan’s deposition with him, and
he has agreed to an earlier start for his deposition, at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 1, 1999. As you
requested, this will allow the deposition of Mr. R. O. Everett to start when you have finished with the
deposition of Representative McMahan. Although we have noticed Mr. Everett for depositionat 9:30
a.m., he will not need to be available that early.

In addition, although we agreed that Dr. Weber does not need to provide us with the 600 pages
of regression analysis this week, we do want him to bring the regression printouts with him for his
deposition.

Sincerely, //
