The above styled case was regularly set down for trial by 

Court on May 1, 19078. 

On May 1, 1978 and May 2, 1978 witnesses were examined and 

exhibits offered in evidence. At the conclusion of testimony on 

May 2, 1978, all parties rested. The parties were given a 

schedule to follow in the filing of briefs and at that time the 

Court would hear arguments of counsel. 

Now on this 13th day of July, 1978 into open court comes 

the parties by and through their attorneys of record and announce 

ready. Closing arguments of counsel are made to the Court and it 

is ORDERED that this matter be, and the same hereby is, TAKEN 

UNDER SUBMISSION.
