Undersigned counsel, Eavelyn Terry Brooks, moves this 

Court to allow her to withdraw as counsel of record for 

defendants, because undersigned counsel, Eavelyn Terry Brooks, 

is leaving the employ of the Department of Justice in order to 

enter private practice with the law firm of Bastian and Wynne, 

601 Poydras Street, Suite 1715, Pan American Life Center, New 

Orleans, Louisiana 70130 and to designate Kendall L. Vick as 

trial attorney.
