The above captioned matter came before the Court for 

a preliminary conference on March 26, 1982 at 12:00 noon. 

WHEREFORE, by agreement between counsel, the Court 

will and hereby does ORDER the following: 

1) Plaintiffs' memorandum in support of 

plaintiffs’ motion to consolidate shall be filed no later 

than: April 2,./1982 a+/5:00 p.m. ; 

2) Defendants' memorandum in opposition to 

plaintiffs’ motion to consolidate shall be filed no later 

than April 13, 1982 at 12:00 noon; and 

3) Plaintiffs' motion to consolidate shall be
