ORDER
on November 12, 1984, the Court ordered that plaintiffs’
Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Expenses be set for an eviden-
tiary hearing to be held on March 28, 1985 at 10:00 a.m.
However, the Court now intends to refer this matter to the
Magistrate for purposes of conducting such hearing. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be referred to Magistrate
Chasez for the purpose of conducting an evidentiary hearing,
to be held at the convenience of said Magistrate, on the
issue of attorneys' fees and expenses.
