County District Judge Sharolyn Wood in this action shall be used 

solely in conjunction with the defense of this case.

in those documents shall be disclosed to third parties other than 

expert witnesses retained fcr use in the case. 

Se All copies of the documents produced by Defendant/- 

Intervenor Wood are to be returned to counsel upon completion of
