Dear Jerry:
I am enclosing the breakout the Census Bureau did for us of

black and white total populations for wards in Helena and l{est
Helena. I am also enclosing two sets of maps to help give you
the ward boundaries. The black and white maps are harder to read
but give ED numbers as well. The colored maps are easier to read
but may not have all the information you need. These are our
only copies of these maps.

P1ease let me know if this is what you need or if therers
something else I can do.
