MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION 
  

Plaintiffs herein move this Court for a preliminary 

injunction based upon the verified complaint in the above 

entitled action until the final determination thereof 

restraining all of the defendants and each of them from: 

a. Paying and receiving ‘an interest subsidy to the 

defendant Methodist for its Broadway site. 

b. The disbursement of $8,143,370 of the Hill-Burton 

Grant and Loan Fund Guarantee to defendant Methodist for 

expansion of its Gary and Broadway sites.
