Undersigned counsel, Patricia Nalley Bowers, moves 

this court to allow her to withdraw as counsel of record for 

defendants, David C. Treen, et al, because undersigned counsel, 

Patricia Nalley Bowers, is leaving the employ of the Department 

of Justice in order to enter private practice with the law firm 

of Lea and Gibbens, 11th floor, Queen and Crescent Building, 

344 Camp Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. 

Undersigned counsel further move this court to 

substitute Kendall L. Vick, Chief Counsel to the Attorney 

General, in place of Patricia Nalley Bowers as Trial Attorney 

for defendants.
