Please note the discovery cut-off date and trial date in
Whitfield. Please caII Kathleen BeII to find out when she will
get us the first draft of the answers to defendants,
interrogatories and coordinate with her the date that the answers
are due. FinaIIy, please discuss with her ideas that she may
have for a historian to investigate the legislative history of
the challenged second primary statutes.
