ORDER
This cause is before the court on the plaintiffs’
motion for an order dismissing plaintiffs Raymond
Scott and Ed Williams without prejudice on the ground
that plaintiffs Scott and Williams Pave suffering from
failing health and are no longer able to participate
in the prosecution of this action.” (File Doc. No. 66).
For good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that
plaintiffs Raymond Scott and Ed Williams be DISMISSED
from this action without prejudice.
