ORDER
The court being of the opinion that a transcript of the
proceedings on March 5, 1986, is necessary for the court to determine
whether any of the parties' motions have merit, it is ORDERED that the court
reporter transcribe said proceedings and that the costs of the transcription
be included as a part of the costs taxed at the end of the case against the
losing party or parties.
