Dear John, 

As we discussed, [ am writing to convey our preliminary list 
of those defendants’ exhibits that plaintiffs are willing to 
gtipulate as admissible into evidence, subject to the following 
caveats: 

1. plaintiffs reserve all objections as to relevance, and 
may seek tc exclude specific exhibits on that basis, 

2. plaintiffs reserve the right to contest the accuracy of 
any document, or the contents of any document. 

It is our understanding that defendants will be stating similar 
reservations with respact to plaintiffs’ exhibits. We would like 
to agree on mutually acceptable language on these conditions 
prior to submitting a final list to the court. 

Subject to these zonditlons, all defendants’ exhibits may be 
stipulated into evidence, except the following:
