Menefee's letter of November 7th setting out the plaintiffs’
attorney fees and litigation expenses.

claim for
Escambia county has entered into a pro tanto agreement with
plaintiffs for settlement of their share of the attorney fees and
expenses. I am now in the process of drafting this agreement.
