Crenshaw County, et al. Dear Jack: Thank you for your letter of November 20th, 1986 regarding Menefee's letter of November 7th setting out the plaintiffs’ attorney fees and litigation expenses. Larry claim for Escambia county has entered into a pro tanto agreement with plaintiffs for settlement of their share of the attorney fees and expenses.
