I am sending you copies of the final report of the Arkansas
Apportionrnent Committee Report and the official district maps.
As you will see, Appendices 1 and 2 of the report contain the
townships and, where appropriate, ED, block gioup, and block
configurations for each House and senate districl, along with
totar pop. The maps contain the same information, along withlittIe shapes of each district. As you,lr see, comirrion (not to
mention Baldwin County) had nothing over some of inese aistricts.
