Re: Sheff v. O'Neill

Dear Ron:

I received today a bill from Professor Gary Natriello for
his services on the first two sections of the disparities study.
He seeks payment of $30,000, and anticipates that he will be able
to complete the study within the original proposed budget of
$37,500.

I enclose a copy of the bill. Please call at your earliest
convenience to discuss payment. My extension is 503.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

7 £.

Re: Sheff v. O'Neill

Dear Ron:

Enclosed is Robert Slavin's request for reimbursement for
deposition related expenses. They come to $485.40. I assume
that we are going to split this, 50-50. On a related matter, I
assume that we are also going to split Gary Natriello's expert
fee of $30,000; I have already sent you a copy of his bill (Gary
called late last week to ask when he could expect payment).

As soon as I hear from you, I will issue the ACLU's share of
these expenses. Thank you for your ccoperaticri.

Sincerely,
