Re: Bradley, et al., v. Milliken, et al
No. 35257

Dear Carl:

As April 6th is fast approaching, I am trying to get some
things together in preparation for trial in the above matter.
As you will recall from the depositions of December 1, 1970,
certain documents (or copies thereof, if necessary) were to
be furnished us. Below I have set forth the names of three
deponents and a list of the materials to be furnished pursuant
to each deposition:
1. Joseph Sucher, Manager of Data Processing:

t

(a) List of reports prepared by Data Processing.
(b) Reports similar to defendants' Exhibit E (Data

Processing procedure list) for all years
available.

(c) Computer print-out on faculty members prepared
by Data Processing. (As I recall, it was deter
mined that there was an extra copy of this print
out which could be furnished us.)

2. Norman B. Watson, Student Transportation Supervisor:
(a) Map book containing maps for normal transporta

tion. (I believe Mr. Watson testified that Miss
McCarthy has an extra copy which could be
provided us.)

3. Clara Sinclair, Director, Department of Administrative
and Statistical Reporting:
(a) "Size of class report (Spring 1970)".
(b) Most recent "average daily attendance reports"

and for years 1969 and 1970.

on my next trip to Detroit.

Very truly yours,
RATNER, SUGARMON & LUCAS
