County District Judge Sharolyn Wood hereby appeals to the United
States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from the District
Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order of November 8, 1989, as
modified for clerical corrections on November 27, 1989 and
December 26, 1989 and as certified for Interlocutory Appeal
pursuant to 28'U.S.C. § 1292(b) by the District Court's Order of
January 2, 1990.
