In re: Gadsden v. Campbell
Appellants elected to defer the preparation of the Appendix
pursuant to Rule 30C of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
and Fifth Circuit Local Rule 13C.
A copy of the pleading electing the deferral method of
preparing the appendix is enclosed as well as the Appellant's
Designation of the Contents of the Deferred Appendix.
As you requested, I have also sent a copy of Appellants’
brief to aid you in the final preparation of your brief.
