Dear Mr. Seaver:
In your Memorandum to Counsel describing the time requirements
and procedures in the above-styled case, we were instructed to
cross-designate the portions of the record to be printed, by
this date. However, we did not receive Petitioner's designation
or proposal for the Single Appendix by this date so that we were
unable to cross-designate.
However, counsel for Appellant has today corresponded by tele-
phone with us and we will attempt to stipulate the contents of
the Single Appendix.
