oral examination pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Prr)cedure 

of Lieutenant Raymond F. Bagley and Detective Anthony Calichia of the Prov­

idence Police Department, Providence, Rhode Island at the offices of Abedon 

Michaelson, Stanzler & Biener, 220 South Main Street, Providence, Rhode 

Island at 9:30 A.M . on Monday, December 13, 1971, before a Notary Public 

or other qualified officer and deposition shall continue until completed as 

"taking thereof may be from time to time adjourned.
