CONSENT ORDER The parties having agreed to modifications of the desegregation plan presently in effect in the Madison County School District; and plaintiffs having expressly reserved the right to apply to this Court for further relief, effective for the second semester of the 1970-71 school year, in the event the projected enrollments contained in this order are not substantially realized; it is therefore ORDERED That the desegregation plan for the Madison County School District ordered into effect by this Court on November 7, 1969, is hereby modified in the following respects: In Zone 7, the present zone line between Flora and East Flora Schools shall be maintained, but the Flora High School, (grades 9-12), shall be closed and its students reassigned to East Flora School; in Zone III the Madison-Ridgeland Zone shall be expanded to the West in such a manner as to encompass 55 to 65 additional children presently attending the Rosa Scott School. The pro- jected enrollments of the affected zones under these modifica- tions are as follows: Zone II School Grades Projected Enrollment White Negro Flora 1-8 16" 129 East Flora 1-12 6 758 Zone III Ridgeland Elementary 1-6 330 97 Rosa Scott 1-12 32 643 Madison-Ridgeland 1-12 268 235 All other provisions of the November 7, 1969, order of this Court shall remain in full force and effect.
