ORDER
On the 5 day of No , 1992, came on to be heard the
Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time by defendant United States of
America. The Court, having considered said Motion and being otherwise
fully apprised of the circumstances of this cause, is of the opinion
that said Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time should be granted.
It is therefore,
ORDERED that defendant United States of America will file a
response to Plaintiff-Intervenors' Motions to Intervene and to Join
Additional Defendant on or before November 20, 1992.
