Elliott Hall, Esq. . -
1157 Guardian Building
Detroit, Michigan
Dear Elliott: v
I am enclosing an extra copy of the appearance
form which I used last November when I got into the Detroit
school case. I thought it might be helpful to see what qot
past Roth.
Since Bruce and Lucille have been listed on the
pleadings as "attorneys for the Legal Redress Committee" of
the local Branch, you may want to do the same thing when
you come into the case.
As Lou probably told you during the conference
call today, we all expect to be in Detroit again this coming
Tuesday, March 2, to review what material we already have
and determine the shape of the proof we want to put on and
outline the work which has to be done between now and April 6
I am looking forward to seeing you again on the 2nd.
Sincerely,
Norman J, Chachkin
