JUDGMENT
This cause having been submitted upon the pleadings
and oral and documentary proof, and after arguments of counsel
and submission of memorandum briefs, and the court having
concluded for the reasons set forth in its opinion this
date released that the complaint is without merit and should
be dismissed; it is
ORDERED
(1) All relief sought by plaintiffs be, and the same
is hereby denied.
(2) The complaint is finally dismissed with prejudice.
All costs are taxed to plaintiffs.
