Enclosed herewith is the original certified record in the above-styled case 
consisting of one volume. There are nine (9) depositions enclosed and seven 
(7) voliunes of transcript (six (6) of which are trial transcript). Please 
note items #55 have been incorporated in the trial transcript which is marked 
#58 in the record. Also enclosed are two certified copies of the docket 
entries in this case.

The attorneys for plaintiff-appellant are Walter Lee Bailey, Jr., D'Array 
Bailey and Jack Greenberg. This appeal is allowed on pauper's oath.
