No. 75-1998 - Witt Campbell vs. Gadsden
County District School Board,
Et Al, Bic.
Dear Mr. Gray:
On September 26, 1975 our office called you to advise
that we have not received the final copies of your brief
which was filed in preliminary typewritten form, and
you were to confirm on this past Monday that the rest of
the copies were being mailed. However, this has not been
done. This is delaying the processing of this appeal and,
therefore, we must advise that unless the copies are
received within the next seven (7) days that we will be
required to return the brief under the authority granted
in Local Rule 13 as not being in its proper form.
Very truly yours,
EDWARD W. WADSWORTH
