Dqar Judges Ervin, Boyle and Voorhees: 

  Today, defendants have filed a Motion to Reconsider Stay and to Shorten Time for Response 

a supporting memorandum. Because of the urgency of this matter, defendants are taking the 
lijerty of transmitting these pleadings to each of you, to plainuffs’ counsel and 10 proposed 
infervenors via telephone facsimile for immediate attention.
