The court having been orally informed that the Pickens County 

defendants and the plaintiffs have entered into 2 stipulation similar to the 

stipulation entered into by the plaintiffs and other parties and attached to 

the July 17,1086 Spretvial order, it ie ORDERED that: 

(1) The July 23, 1986, trial is cancelled; 

(2) A status conference as to the Pickens County defendants is 

set for August 22, 1986, at 2:00 p.m. at the federal courthouse in 

Montgomery, Alabama; and 

(3) A remedial hearing as to the Pickens County defendants is set 

for September 2, 1986, at 9:00 a.m. in the fourth floor courtroom of the 

federal courthouse in Montgomery, Alabama. 

DONE, this the 21st day of July, 1986.
