Bowman. "The U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Franksvv. Bowman assures that black victims of racial discrimination will be put in their rightful place, not at the bottom of seniority ladders where they are vulnerable to last-hired, first-fired practices which have afflicted minority workers until now." Its correct designation is NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., frequently shortened to Legal Defense Fund.
