Re: Norwood v. Harrison
Dear Mel:
Mr. Michael Rodak called me last Friday after
failing to reach vou by phone. He merely wanted to make
sure that we have a meeting of the minds on the meaning
of the Court's grant of our pauperis motion. That is,
the Court will pay for printing of the brief and appendix
and nothing else. He wanted to make sure we were not
expecting travel expenses, etc., which they pay only
where the Supreme Court appoints counsel, I agreed we
merely expected free printing.
Very truly vours,
James M. Nabrit, III
Associate Counsel
