PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO CHANGE IDENTIFICATION 

QF PARTIES 

Plaintiffs move the Court to enter an order allowing the 

following changes and identification of named parties: 

1. Delete the name of Powell Reynolds as a named plaintiff. 

Mr .Reynolds has informed undersigned counsel that he no longer 

desires to participate as a plaintiff in this litigation. 

2. The identification of Plaintiff C.L.Bradford in the 

complaint should read Ralph Bradford. 

3. Plaintiffs are informed that the Probate Judge of Etowah 

County is now Wiley Hickman. The complaint shows the name of Lee 

Wofford as Probate Judge of Etowah County. Plaintiffs are 

informed that Judge Wofford is now deceased and has been 

 



succeeded in office by Judge Hickman. This substitution would be 

appropriate, pursuant to Rule 25(d)(1) of the Federal Rules of 

Civil Procedure. 

WHEREFORE, plaintiffs pray that the Court will allow the 

above-stated corrections to the parties in this case.
