In the case seeking to end Chicago school segregation, plaintiffs,
represented by NAACP Legal Defense Fund retained attorneys Robert Ming
and Raymond —, Harth, are seeking to have Federal Court entertain their
motion to change basis of their claim against Chicago School Board.
District Judge Abraham Marovitz previously ordered defendants to assess
changes urged by plaintiffs. He has indicated that he will rule on
plaintiffs motion Thursday morning, January 14, 1965 at 10:30 in U. Ss.
District Court, 226 West Jackson.
