Came on to be heard this date the Motion by the Travis County
District Judges for the Court to enter an order striking their
intervention in this cause and the Court being of the view that
said motion is well taken;
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the intervention of the Travis
County District Judges in this matter be stricken and they are
deemed not to be parties to Sar a in any capacity.
