dlseussed on September 2 at your meetlng wlth Jack, Erlc
and Napoleon. Slnce I was not at the meetlng, and alnce
nOne of the LDF partlclpants are ln the offlce today, I
suggested you ft1l out the forms you already have 1n
addltlon to the form I am sendlng and return the completed
forms tmnedlately. fn addlt1on, once a budget 1s approved
for each caae, 1t w111 make 1t easler to relmbuilse you for
sumB erpended.

I w111 want to hear from you before October 17 wlth regard
to the lnformatlon you promlsed to send me regardlng the
second prtmary lawsult. Included ln that lnfornatlon should
be names, addressee and telephone numberg of plalnttffs,
and the names and tltles of potentlal county and state
defendants.
