ORDER CONCERNING ADMISSIONS
Upon consideration of all matters of record, the Court has
determined that Plaintiffs’ First Motion Concerning Admissions has
merit. THEREFORE, it is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are not limited to
ten Requests for Admissions in this case. Further, Defendants
SHALL answer the Requests for Admissions attached as Exhibit A to
Plaintiffs’ First Motion Concerning Admissions within ten days of
Defendants’ Sie of this Order.
