The above entitled matter came before the Court for a 

hearing on January 19, 1983, on pPlaintiffs' motion to amend 

complaint, plaintiffs' motion in limine, and defendants’ 

motion for disqualification. Further, the matter came 

before the Court for a pretrial conference on January 20, 

1983 at 9:30 a.m. 

WHEREFORE, the Court ORDERS the following: 

15] Plaintiffs' motion to amend complaint is GRANTED; 

2) Plaintiffs' motion in limine is DENIED; 

3) Defendants' motion for disqualification is DENIED; 

4) Trial in this matter is CONTINUED until March 7, 

1983 at 9:00 a.m.
