The findings of fact and recommendations of Honorable
Dan M. Russell, Jr., United States District Judge, dated July
14, 1970, with respect to the effort to close the Woodville At-
tendance Center in the Wilkinson County School District are ap-
pended hereto. The findings and recommendations are adopted
and made the opinion and order of this court, subject only to
the further order that the Woodville Attendar
