NOW COME Plaintiffs and move the Court to amend the caption of their Amended 

Complaint to include the North Carolina State Board of Election. The State Board of Election 

was a defendant in Plaintiffs’ original Complaint and was included in Paragraph Six of their 

Amended Complaint, but, as a result of oversight, was not included in the caption of the 

Amended Complaint.
