Plaintiffs' attorneys hereby move the Court for 

an allowance of attorneys' fees from the inception of the 

case through April 17, 1974, for the reasons and. in the 

amounts as set forth in the attached "Plaintiffs' Memorandum 

of Law in Support of Allowance of Attorneys' Fees and 

Expenses of Plaintiffs' Class." Plaintiffs also request 

the Court to set the matter for a hearing at an early date. 

Since several expenses of litigation are covered by both 

Plaintiffs' Motion for Taxation of Costs filed on. June 17, 

1974, and by this application for allowance of fees and 

expenses, plaintiffs respectfully suggest that their Motion 

for Taxation of Costs and this application be heard at one 

and the same hearing.
