Notice is hereby given that Lawrence County, Larry Smith, 

and Dan Ligon, Defendants in the above-styled action, hereby 

appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh 

Circuit from the Judgment and Injunction entered in this action 

on the 21st day of October, 1986, wherein this Court enjoined 

the use of a Chairman of the Lawrence County Commission.
