2 On October 14, 1997, I personally served a true and 

complete copy of Plaintiffs’ Notice of Cross-Motion Opposing 

Defendants’ Motion for Leave to Appeal and in the Alternative 

Seeking Leave to Appeal the Dismissal of the First and Second 

Causes of Action and supporting affirmation of Barbara J. 

Olshansky, on all defendants by delivering same to the agent
