Dear lvIr, Odom:

Pursuant to our conversation of this date, it is my under-
standing that you are satisfied with the financial arrange-
ments that we made and wiII call Ms. Evans of the Eleventh
Circuit Court of Appeals to inform her of this fact.
The arrangements are that you will provide us, based on the
check you have already received, with the first half of the
transcript, which will be approximately 1500 pages. Upon
receipt of the 1500 transcript pages I will fonrard to you
a check for $3750.00 and you wi}l complete the transcript.
rf there are any additionar strms due after you have completed
the entire transcript, you will notify me and we will pay you
after we have received aII transcript pages requested.

You will provide us with the first half of the transcript on
a daily basis, as completed, with the first 1500 pages com-
pleted by approximately January L7.

You have also agreed to send the appeal information sheet
to the Eleventh Circuit indicating that satisfactory financial
arrangements have been made. I have arranged to get the
clerk's office to send you another copy of this form.
