housing stipulation in light of Judge Hammer's comments at
recent argument on motion to compel:
a. Amend complaint to remove housing claims (an option
alluded to by Judge Hammer at the recent argument),
and file motion in limine to bar state from
introducing housing evidence.
b. Do nothing; proceed with the preparation of evidence
on housing segregation.
¢. Feasibility/desirability of removing other
vaffirmative acts" claims from the case; how to
accomplish.
a Preparation of maps, charts, and similar trial exhibits.
3. Review of deposition procedure; our position on documents
that should be produced in response to subpoenas.
4. Upcoming deadlines; deadline for interrogatories and
production requests in one week; names of experts to be
disclosed July 15.
