Mastery Test performance from January 1988 to the present.
Supplementing our previous response you will find enclosed
Exhibits 18(a), (b), and (c). This analysis of the 89/90 Mastery
Tests results just recently became available.

decision to reject Willie's plan. I am awaiting further
information on Milwaukee's reasons for rejecting the plan. As soon
