Dear Mr. Lorson:
The motion to affirm or dismiss and the brief
in opposition in the above noted actions, respectively,
are currently due on February i6, 1984. Because
of the exigencies of Evans v. Mississippi, which
was filed in the Court today, it appears that I
may not be able to complete these submissions by
the 16th. Accordingly, I request an additional
extension of ten (10) days.
