I would appreciate your ideas on the central points 
that should be covered in our reply brief. I plan to 
do a section on (1) Post-Blum enhancement cases, and 
(2) why a (i) voting case (ii) of this importance 
deserves the close attention and zealous advocacy re- 
flected in the number of hours claimed.
