evaluation of the Magnet School P r o g r a m  which the Court requested 
be f i led  th irty days a f ter  October 4, 1971. This report ,  though dated 
Novem ber  1, 1971, was presented to the Board of Education at a special 
meet ing held last evening, Novem ber  2, 1971, and was rece ived  and 
adopted by the Board as its Report  to the Court.

I have in hand the motion fi led with your Honor by M r .  Caldwell 
by le t ter  dated October 29, 1971. I respect fu l ly  submit that the in fo r ­
mation requested by M r .  Caldwell  is either contained in the body of the
