This matter was previously scheduled for trial on 

August 16, 1982. 

WHEREFORE, on motion of the plaintiffs, this matter 

will be and hereby is CONTINUED. 

The following dates will now govern the disposition of 

this cause: 

1) Motions will be filed so as to be timely 

noticed for a motion day not later than December 28, 1982; 

: 2) All discovery shall be completed on or before 

December 17, 1982; > 

3) The pretrial order shall be submitted no 

later than 5:00 p.m. on January 18, 1983; 

4) The pretrial conference shall be held at 

9:30 a.m. on January 20, 1983; 

5) Trial on the merits shall commence at 10:00 

a.m. on January 31, 1983; 

6) Written reports of experts who may be 

witnesses shall be obtained and exchanged by the parties not 

later than fifteen (15) days prior to the pretrial conference 

date; 

7) Counsel for the parties shall file in the 

record and serve upon their opponents a list of all witnesses 

who may or will be called to testify at trial not later than 

thirty (30) days prior to the pretrial conference date.
