AMENDED NOTICE OF APPEARANCE
Undersigned counsel, D. L. Martin and David R. Boyd,
hereby amend their appearance in the above-referenced case, so
that they will hereafter be counsel of record for Defendants
Lawrence County, Larry Smith, and Dan Ligon and will not be
counsel of record for Defendant Richard I. Proctor. Defendant
Proctor will hereafter be represented by the Honorable James G.
Speake, of the Lawrence County, Alabama bar. Effective this
date, the undersigned respectfully withdraw the Motion to
Dismiss heretofore filed on behalf of Defendant Proctor, with
the intention that said motion remain in effect with respect to
Defendants Lawrence County, Larry Smith and Dan Ligon.
